The Part
As a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant you will be an integral member of our events team and will be dealing directly with customers on behalf of our clients at various promotional events throughout the region.
You will have the opportunity to learn valuable communication, sales, customer service and leadership skills every day while working in a supportive team environment.
Your responsibilities will be:
Promotion and advertising of famous brands at events and campaigns
Speaking with customers directly in a professional and engaging manner
Product and service demonstrations
Creating Positive Customer Relationships
Responding to consumer queries and presenting them with accurate information
Providing great customer experiences
Working towards performance objectives of individual and team.
Learning sales, marketing and customer-getting skills
Collaborating with colleagues to succeed in campaigns
Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced supervisors
