Our food and beverage crew is integral to creating memorable occasions from our regional-inspired cuisine to creative drinks and boutique weddings.
We are looking for a hands on Full Time Food & Beverage Manager to lead our staff across several outlets. If you are a hands-on leader, leading by example, have a passion for guest service and can drive team engagement and operational success – this might be the next step for you in your hospitality career.
You will play a significant part in delivering our excellent guest service experience and will respond to client requirements and issues as they arise. You will be responsible for supervising, leading and developing our F&B teams throughout their day to day to ensure engagement, development and a consistent level of excellence during all periods of service.
Every day is different, but usually you will be:
Leading, coaching & growing a team of passionate hospitality professionals.
Exceed high standards to deliver outstanding visitor & corporate experiences by exploring new methods to do so.
Food & beverage standards management to deliver on our commitment to responsible business practices.
Collaborate with the General Manager and Finance team to develop, analyse and adjust budgets and increase revenue.
Overseeing the daily performance of the team, coaching and mentoring workers on service standards and guest involvement.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns quickly to ensure a great experience.
What We Look For in you:
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership position in food & beverage or restaurant in a hotel setting.
Thorough knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails.
Previous expertise with point-of-sale systems especially Shiji – Infrasys would be extremely advantageous.
Have experience in managing team rosters.
NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate current.
Good verbal and written communication abilities.
Dynamic, confident and professional personality with a true passion for hospitality.
High degree of personal presentation and eye for detail.
Ability to work a rotating 7 day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
