Job Overview
Barista / Team Leader – AU Visa Sponsorship
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hard working Barista / workforce Leader for our dynamic workforce. This is a full-time position where you will lead and inspire the staff to ensure we constantly provide excellent coffee and customer service.
Your Responsibilities
Be the face of the cafe and offer great customer service
Brew quality coffee drinks to café standards
Foster a good, collaborative team atmosphere
Keep the bustling cafe running smoothly and efficiently
Open and/or close store as per set-up and/or pack down procedures
Maintain inventories and place orders for goods as needed
To perform general duties in the cafe as needed
What We Are Looking For
1+ year barista experience with a demonstrated history of excellence
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure setting
Passion for the hotel business and commitment to extraordinary service
Available to work weekends (day time work only)
Someone looking for a long-term, secure position
