This is not a role you evolve into over years of marketing execution. From day one you’ll be entrusted with actual business decisions – what’s lucrative, what’s working, what to kill, what to scale. Your production is the ceiling.
About Us
Eleniak is a venture studio started by Shahbaz Khokhar. We establish brands through eCommerce and marketing. We develop products, take on performance clients, and build proprietary AI and internal systems to accomplish it faster than teams ten times our size.
You’ll work directly with operators that have scaled real brands and real revenue:
$3.7M+ eCommerce brands in 3 months
$200M+ client revenue at a performance marketing firm
Developed proprietary internal AI + creative production technologies used throughout the businesses
There is a craft to marketing that can be learned. We can’t do it with commercial judgement and raw analytical horsepower, so that’s what we’re hiring for. If you think in spreadsheets, profit and margin, and want to study performance marketing from folks who’ve done it, there’s opportunity to build here. If you seek predictability and step-by-step guidance this is not for you.
How the Work Appears
Own product level P&L: track profitability, CPA, contribution margin and payback. Focus on what earns money, not on what appears busy.
Live in the dashboards and turn chaotic data into unambiguous calls: scale this, repair that, stop the other.
Compare software and tools Run systematic tech assessments Recommend what to buy vs. develop.
Design growth experiments, measure them honestly (attribution, cohorts, cross-channel), feed the learning into the next sprint.
Know performance well enough to systemise it – your job is the logic behind it, most of media buying can be automated.
What We Want
We care about aptitude, not years of experience and most people who succeed here are early in their careers. You could be a recent graduate in a numbers-heavy subject (economics, maths, finance, engineering, the sciences), someone that ran the commercial side of a society, placement or side venture, or a self-taught operator already intrigued with how firms earn money. It’s not your CV that matters, but your thinking and how you work.
Good commercial and analytical instincts – P&L, margin, CPA, unit economics
Real fluency with spreadsheets and converting numbers to judgements
Ability to evaluate tools objectively and systematise workflows
Clear writing.
Ownership is high, ego is low, entrepreneurial wiring – An operator, not a passenger
We don’t really need you to have any marketing experience, we will teach you. Nice to have: experience in performance marketing/media buying, fast/test-driven environment, post-grad background, or the kind of person who would start something themselves.
