What you will do
Lead the technical side of data science for Claims Fraud, working with Product and Engineering to shape how risk decisions are made and how fraud is found.
Design, implement, and improve production ML and Generative AI/LLM systems that help with claims validation and automation.
Work closely with other Claims data scientists to think about how models, data, and workflows fit together at the system level. This means finding architectural changes that need to be made to make decision-making faster and easier to scale.
Speak up about the tools and platforms that need to be bought (such monitoring, feedback loops, and QA) to make AI-driven end-to-end claims automation possible.
In cross-functional meetings, push for strong, scalable, and strategically aligned technical solutions that make sure current systems and infrastructure help with the long-term goal of automating claims handling.
Set a high standard for statistical rigour, experimentation, and measurement to assist senior stakeholders better understand and convey how Claims performance and uncertainty are.
