Requirements and Qualifications for Entry
To protect the company’s capital and follow our internal risk standards, all candidates must meet the requirements for one of our two entry routes:
Route 1: Direct Entry (for people with experience)
Must show proof of a live trade record for at least six months.
Proven ability to make steady risk-adjusted returns while staying within strict institutional drawdown limitations.
Route 2: Academy Pathway (Graduate or Trainee) We know that candidates with a lot of potential, such fresh grads on PSW visas, may not have a 6-month verifiable track record yet. Candidates who don’t have this experience must go through our Academy Pathway.
Academy candidates must have or be working on the VTCT Level 7 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading in order to be eligible for live capital management and permanent SWV sponsorship.
This regulated Master’s-level degree is what we use to measure technical skill, risk management, and market analysis at our company.

Main Responsibilities
