About the Job – Hospitality Assistant Manager UK Visa Sponsorship Job

The University Hospitality department does more than just feed students. We have a number of places on campus where you can get good food and drinks. We host big conferences and banquets in addition to serving students. Our consumers are as different as our food.

About You – Requirements for Hospitality Assistant Manager Job in the UK

The person who gets the job will have experience working hard to provide great customer service and educate team members on how to do their jobs. You will have a lot of expertise managing hospitality in the front of the house and be able to effectively lead and encourage your crew. You will know about the health and safety rules and licensing legislation that apply to your job, and you will have familiarity with financial, budgetary, and deviation reporting. You should also be very good at organising things and able to handle a lot of different tasks at once in a busy setting.

In your area of responsibility, you are in charge of the front of house operations and making sure that customers always get great service.

Make sure that the University’s rules are followed when it comes to financial control, health and safety, licensing law, HACCP, and staffing.

Keep up high standards of customer service and attention, and be aware of product knowledge and merchandising.

Work with the Hospitality management team and get training to work on projects that will improve the food and drink options, management, and customer service.

The job requires you to be flexible and work early in the morning, in the evening, and on weekends for 36.5 hours a week, five days a week.
