Overview of the Job
We are hiring trainee cognitive behavioural therapists to work for Sussex Partnership Trust at the Brighton and Hove NHS Talking Therapies service (Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service) or the East Sussex NHS Talking Therapies service (Health in Mind).
In primary care, NHS Talking Therapies programs offer evidence-based treatments for those suffering from depression and/or a variety of anxiety-related conditions.
Applications are being received for the Trainee CBT Therapist post. Successful attendance and completion of the one-year PG Diploma in High Intensity Psychological Therapies course are prerequisites for this training position. Overview of the Job
The Deputy IT Operations Manager receives direct reports from the cybersecurity manager, who plays a crucial role in the business. With the main goal of providing and maintaining safe, effective IT services to support healthcare delivery and the Trust’s digital strategy, the position holder will supervise and manage the cybersecurity function within IT Operations. Working together with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, they will create plans, put best practices into action, and guarantee the security, dependability, and availability of IT systems in compliance with regional and national cybersecurity frameworks, rules, and guidelines.
Principal responsibilities of the position
High-quality service delivery is ensured by the Cyber Security Manager, who supervises the day-to-day activities of the cyber security team. They serve as subject matter experts, advising senior leadership and the cyber teams and cultivating close bonds with a wide range of stakeholders. Managing the IT Operations cyber department, putting best practices into action, and evaluating risks using techniques like Agile and Lean are some of the main duties.
They examine cyber threats and vulnerabilities, analyse and report on high-risk areas, and offer advice on protecting data and systems throughout collaborations and new initiatives. Coordinating the cyber security incident response plan, making sure security rules are followed, and participating in the overall cyber strategy are all part of the job description. Additionally, they use security tools for intrusion detection, identify and plan cybersecurity training, and oversee major initiatives like yearly pentests.
The Cyber Security Manager also assures the Board of security controls, coordinates with other agencies during incident investigations, and supervises the use of security technologies and information systems. They are essential to implementing risk-based and highly complex digital transformations while maintaining a strong and resilient cyber security posture for the company.

You will have leadership and clinical teaching duties as a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner. You will need to show that you have a great deal of experience with severely unwell patients. Prior experience with Critical Care Outreach is preferred.
Motivation, initiative, the capacity to prioritise tasks under pressure, outstanding communication skills, and a flexible work style are all necessary for this position.
In addition to being proactive in managing change, the position holder should be able to demonstrate the application of evidence-based practice.
Although speaking Welsh is preferred for this position, those who speak English or Welsh are also encouraged to apply.
