The Job

We need a Global Vendor/BPO Manager to run and grow Duffel’s outsourced operations with three BPO partners in different places.

You will be in charge of making sure that our global support network runs smoothly, that vendors execute their jobs well, and that we are always improving. This job is at the crossroads of operations, customer service, and business management.

This is a high-impact job for someone who likes to create structure, hold people accountable, and help them do better in a fast-paced setting.

What You Will Do

Be in charge of day-to-day connections with three global BPO partners at all sites.

Set up and manage vendor governance (WBRs, QBRs, scorecards)

Keep an eye on and enhance important metrics like CSAT, SLA, quality, and productivity.

Make strategies for corrective action when performance gaps are found.

Partner with Ops Leads, the Training Manager, and the QA Manager to make sure that processes, SOPs, and knowledge management are the same across all partners.

Help with planning and forecasting global capacity

Handle escalations and make sure problems are fixed quickly across time zones.

Find ways to make outsourced workflows more efficient and automated.

Help in choosing vendors and the RFP process as Duffel grows.

Make sure that business goes on and that risks are reduced at all locations.

Responsibilities of the Role

This Engagement Manager job is for people who are just starting out in their careers and want to fast go from figuring out problems to fixing them. You will be at the heart of how Conduct interacts with its clients. Once a company signs up with us, you assist them use the product correctly and obtain genuine benefits from it. At the same time, you’ll help us construct the internal processes that will let us help a lot more customers as the firm grows. You will work directly with business users, closely with product and engineering teams, and help design how the customer function works as we grow.

The main duties are:

Keep good relationships with important people in each account on a daily basis.

Hold training and onboarding sessions to help new users get used to the platform.

Help customers use Conduct in their workflows and answer any concerns or problems they may have.

Find problems that keep coming up and help turn them into solutions that can be used by more people, like documentation, onboarding materials, or internal tools.

Work directly with the product and engineering teams to pass on consumer feedback and make the platform better.

Find chances for customers to utilise Conduct more and assist bring these to light throughout the company.
