The person who gets the job will have to be available for the “out of hours” on-call rota and do any other things that the Registered Manager requests them to do that are appropriate for their level of responsibility. The best candidate will have worked as a senior support worker or shift leader, or have risen up to this job in the past and be looking for a new challenge in their career.

Duties

Handle everyday administrative chores to help in service delivery.

Make sure that schedules and appointments are organised well.

Use different software tools to keep accurate records and enter data.

Talk to personnel, service users, and outside partners in a clear and effective way.

Help with training programs and make sure that care standards are followed.

Help in making reports and other paperwork.

Be polite and professional when answering the phone.

Help make the team a better place to work by giving organisational support.

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 a year

Main Duties

Follow PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards for managing and keeping any paperwork connected to retrofit projects.

Keep an eye on and track documentation deadlines to make sure they meet scheme KPIs and funding criteria.

Work with Installers, Retrofit Assessors, and Coordinators to gather, check, and sort the necessary paperwork

Keep all project records in safe and organised archives for both internal and external review

Skills and Experience

Good writing skills, with the ability to write clear, professional letters.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management applications, such as Excel.

Taking the initiative and working together to solve problems.

Able to handle sensitive messages in a diplomatic and professional way
