To join our team, we are looking for a committed and caring childcare provider. The ideal applicant will love working with kids and be able to establish a fun, safe, and instructive environment. This position entails overseeing day-to-day operations, making sure kids are safe, and encouraging their growth via play and planned education.

Duties

  • Keep kids safe at all times while supervising and participating in a range of activities with them.
  • Create and carry out developmentally, emotionally, and socially appropriate educational activities.
  • To create a happy atmosphere, communicate clearly with kids, parents, and coworkers.
  • Organise your daily schedule, including when you eat, snooze, and play.
  • Keep the play area, including the toys and equipment, tidy and well-organised.
  • As needed, drive kids to different events or appointments (a valid driver’s license is required).
  • In the nursery environment, exercise leadership and direction over volunteers or less experienced employees.

Skills

  • It is crucial to have prior expertise in childcare or early childhood education.
  • Excellent English communication abilities to engage with parents and kids in a productive way.
  • The capacity to oversee several projects while remaining composed in a hectic setting.
  • Leadership abilities to encourage and mentor young students and assist coworkers.
  • It is quite desirable to have knowledge of early childhood education concepts and childcare settings.
  • A sincere passion for dealing with kids and being aware of their developmental requirements.
