The person who gets this job will have to work with the Enhancing Lives Team to help people in the community with their health and well-being.
There are two open positions: one for the East and one for the West.
The Support Worker will be a key member of the Enhancing Lives Team. Their main job will be to help vulnerable people with complex needs, such as substance abuse, homelessness, mental health issues, and criminal behaviour that is often caused by trauma, to get involved or re-engaged.
The main duties of the position
Support Workers will do tasks and roles that are given to them by higher-ups on the team. Within the limits of the Enhancing Lives Team, the job allows the person in the position to make a restricted assessment of each person’s needs and then act on that assessment.
They will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to address the requirements of the people they are helping by giving them care that is based on good evidence. The person in this position will follow clear rules, policies, and processes and watch over less experienced workers.

The Cancer Support Worker will help the Breast Cancer Specialist Nurse Team, MDTs, and Mustard Tree improve the care and management of patients. They will also have to gather data and write statistical reports to keep track of how patients are doing on the new pathway.

The job will require you to work in both Denmark Hill and Waterloo, and sometimes you will need to work outside of regular hours to assist overnight SQL ETL processes and late-night Cogito software deployments.
Main tasks of the job
To keep the Microsoft SQL Database Farm running
To help the EPIC Cogito databases and infrastructure and give Caboodle business intelligence engineers help with code migrations, ETL support, and the installation of EPIC upgrades.
To fix problems with ETL and the Cogito platform when they come up.
Be a training tool for developers, EPIC, and other people who work in Secure Data System support.
Help with technical problems on the Database Farm’s third line.
