The role of general manager is intended to allow the business to keep growing and enhancing its offerings. Together with the senior management team, the manager will play a crucial role in advancing the homes’ CIW rating to an excellent level.
The following positions in the three care facilities will be part of the job:
- Manorleigh House, Fairleigh House, and Third Care Home are the three care facilities that I will be managing.
- Maintaining my position as Manorleigh House’s registered manager
- If you accept a registered manager position for a third-care home, you will still be employed by Spring Meadows (Care) Limited, even though it will be under a distinct corporation for entity purposes (Spring Meadow Care Limited). As a general manager, you will be vital to the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties include
- Resource management, analysis, and coordination with Spring Meadows Care Limited’s and Spring Meadows Care Limited’s care facilities (including personnel needs, bed management, stock and supply management)
- Relationship management for both internal and external employees and agencies (e.g., Social Services, Care Inspectorate Wales, District Nurses, etc.)
- Compliance management is the process of ensuring that care facilities adhere to CIW regulations regarding policies, processes, and other requirements.
- To enable, oversee, and preserve training and documentation in accordance with CIW and organisational needs
- To oversee the operational facilities, which include utilities, systems, and protocols, in order to maintain the care homes’ functionality, security, and comfort for both employees and clients. To include tradespeople, coordinating personnel, etc.
Types of Jobs: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: £45,000.00 to £49,000.00 annually
