Overview of the Job
To provide young people and their families with intense Tier 4 support and interventions as a member of a Specialist Children and Young People’s Mental Health Team. As specified in their care plan, the position will assist Senior Mental Health Practitioners in providing young people and their families with safe and efficient treatment. In addition to working independently in the young person’s home and in community settings, the position will entail working under the supervision of a senior team member.
