In addition to supporting software, hardware, and infrastructure change projects throughout the entire business, you will help with the estate’s development and upkeep, handle second line calls and escalations, and participate in extensive hardware and software rollouts.

Support their activities by working together with larger IT teams, paying special attention to improving desktop deployment procedures and results.

  • Extensive experience working as an IT support specialist in a Windows-based PC TCP/IP network environment. – Technical implementation experience with desktop/laptop PC installations and Windows server systems. Work experience in a setting with Windows Active Directory. Working knowledge of unified endpoint management systems. Experience with IT security.

Desired requirements

  • Experience teaching IT users. Experience in the NHS, healthcare, or public sector. Proficiency in overseeing minor IM&T initiatives. Knowledge in setting up contemporary phone systems. – Server infrastructure for VMware ESX.
