What educational background and abilities do I require?

Needed:

In addition to graduating by September 2025, you must have earned at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points prior to 2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), at least a grade 4 (C) in English language, and at least a grade 6 (B) in maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent). You must also have earned or be working towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline.

Our committed Technology & Transformation Early Experience team and Early Talent senior sponsors from your team will be there to support you from day one.

Together with your Technology & Transformation Analyst peer group, you will participate in our fantastic Analyst Induction Programme (AIP) to expand your network at Deloitte and learn more about our business, culture, and operational procedures.

You’ll have the chance to put the essential abilities you’ll need on client projects into practice. Initially, AIP is a week-long in-person event that consists of captivating presentations, team-building exercises, and challenging simulations.

Along the road, you will meet a lot of people from your business sector, such as your resource manager and people leader, and you will also make some friends.

You will continue to be prepared for success in your future profession through engineering-specific training after the first week of AIP with your T&T colleagues. All of this is fantastic and highly important to your next client/project engagements, and it will continue for a few more weeks.

You will be able to network with coworkers of different seniority levels and gain access to mentors, lunch and learns, and more!

When a position is given, you will be paired with a friend who has held the same post. This friend will serve as your informal point of contact for any questions you may have, as well as to provide advice and perspective before you join.
