The job is to care for and support vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues in the community, including the eld*rly.

Before work begins, complete training, induction, and support are given. The ideal applicant must be kind and considerate, possess a current driver’s license, speak English well, and have strong verbal and oral communication abilities.
Successful applicants will receive a sponsorship certificate from us to apply for the skilled worker visa, which will grant them permission to work in the UK for a period of five years.
Procedure
1. Interview:
2. The following must be submitted by the chosen applicant:
• A certificate of police clearance.
• A certificate of tuberculosis; and
• Either a degree and Ecctis English proficiency confirmation or an A Level diploma and English SELT test B1.
3. Following submission of the aforementioned, we shall issue:
• A letter of offer; and
• Certificate of Sponsorship.(COS).
4. The candidate will receive an appointment date to deliver all of the aforementioned documents to the embassy after finishing the online visa application.
Documents Needed
If you have completed coursework in English:
1. The institution must provide you with documented documentation that your studies were carried out in English.
2. To obtain an English proficiency confirmation, you must send Ecctis your academic transcript, certificate, and confirmation letter. This will cost £140.00 and be obtained through Visas and Nationality Services (ecctis.com).
If you have an A’ Level that was taught in English and you don’t have a degree, you must:
1. provide a copy of your A’ Level certificate; and
2. take the SELT test B1 IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration | British Council, which costs £180.00.
Tuberculosis certificate from a clinic authorised by the UK government.
A report of police clearance that is no more than four weeks old.
