As the manager of the nursery, you will

About You

At least a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or higher is better)

Must have had Ofsted inspections that led to a GOOD or higher rating

A lot of experience leading in a nursery setting

A lot of understanding about EYFS, safety, and Ofsted rules

Have the skills and confidence to train and lead a team.
