Successful candidates will receive full training. Every carer receives group supervision with the home’s therapist in addition to one-on-one supervision and support from a manager. All meals are provided while on duty, and expenses for activities that assist the youth are covered. 224 hours of pro rata annual leave, including bank holidays, are granted each year. Candidates who wish to advance in the organisation can receive training at QCF level 4 and QCF level 5.
