The role of a Waking Night Support Worker
A support worker’s job is to provide person-centred assistance to each person, encouraging self-reliance and assisting in the accomplishment of objectives and dreams. We require employees who are trustworthy, considerate, and aware of the value of encouraging self-reliance. A normal day consists of:
- Helping service users with their care requirements, including assisting with medication administration
