Overview of the Job
Good communication skills are required. We are looking for a committed and passionate server to join our team and help us give our guests outstanding dining experiences. By providing excellent service, accurately taking orders, and helping with meal preparation, servers play a critical part in guaranteeing client pleasure. You will serve as the public face of our eatery, establishing a friendly environment and encouraging good customer service.
Duties
- Ensure a warm welcome by swiftly greeting and seating guests as they arrive.
- Accurately and quickly take orders for food and drink.
- To promote upselling, give comprehensive details on the menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
- While following food safety regulations, promptly serve visitors’ food and beverages.
- Help with food preparation when necessary while keeping the kitchen spotless.
- Respond to complaints and questions from visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Work along with the culinary crew to guarantee efficient service and prompt order delivery.
- Keep the dining area neat by quickly emptying the tables and rearranging them for new visitors.
- When processing payments, do simple math calculations for order totals.
Skills
- Strong aptitude for hospitality and a strong desire to deliver top-notch guest services.
- Proficiency in time management is necessary to effectively manage several tables during peak hours.
- Understanding of food safety procedures to guarantee adherence to health laws.
- Although not required, prior food preparation experience is preferred; instruction will be given.
- Basic mathematical abilities are necessary for conducting cash transactions and correct billing.
- The capacity to successfully upsell menu items to improve customers’ eating experiences.
- Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities to engage with team members and visitors in a constructive manner.

Salary: £350.00 to £450.00 weekly
