Experience (Visa Sponsorship Restaurant Jobs)
Experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or hotel setting that has been proven
A lot of experience working in restaurants and understanding of how to prepare food, cook it, and keep it safe.
Strong team management skills and proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of how to cook, including how to make food and run a kitchen
Having worked in hospitality jobs like serving or as a barista before is helpful but not required.
It would be good to know about the standards in the hotel or hospitality business.
Great organisational abilities and the ability to handle many tasks at once
