WHAT THIS JOB REALLY MEANS
You will be the business’s operational backbone. You are in charge when the Director is not there. That means:
Getting purchase orders, stock levels, and supplier relationships wrong loses us money and consumers.
Every day, I have to deal with couriers, manufacturers, shippers, and brands—chasing them, negotiating with them, and addressing problems.
Managing customer accounts, which includes creating relationships, fixing problems, and occasionally dealing with rude customers in a professional way
Accuracy and speed are important when processing invoices, making quotations, and assisting sales.
Learning everything there is to know about our IP CCTV, access control systems, PoE switches, and smart home technology. You don’t have to be an expert on the first day, but you should desire to be one.
Taking care of everything that has to be taken care of, like staff, hiring, daily issues, trade shows, and office administration. If anything needs to be done, it’s your job.
