About the Role – Hospitality Operations Manager UK
The well-known Okeover Arms country bar is part of the expanding network of hospitality establishments run by Okeover Hospitality Group in the Peak District. We are opening a brand-new restaurant, bar and 32-room hotel with a small wedding and events space in the spring of 2026.
To provide strategic leadership in both new and existing venues, we are looking for a Group Manager-Operations (Front of House). This position is in charge of managing all guest-facing activities, guaranteeing outstanding service standards, solid financial results, and a uniform, excellent client experience throughout the organization.
Strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality are necessary for this senior operations management position.
