As we grow, we’re searching for a Van Sales Executive that is determined and focused on getting results to join our team and help us take our market presence to the next level.
This is a high-stakes, high-reward job for a “closer” who does well in a fast-paced setting and is driven by the chance to make a lot of money.
Main Duties
Business Development: Actively seek out and get new B2B accounts, such as retailers, independent grocers, and wholesalers.
Account Management: Keep and increase your current relationships by visiting them regularly and giving them great service.
Sales Execution: Meet and go above and beyond rigorous sales goals and KPIs.
Logistics: Keep track of the stock levels in the truck so that things are delivered on time and seem professional.
Requirements for Candidates
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated sales experience, particularly in the FMCG or ethnic grocery business.
Licensing: You need to have a valid UK Full Driving Licence.
Cultural Competency: A strong understanding of South Asian (Indian) food markets and what people like to eat.
Skills: Excellent at negotiating, talking to people, and developing relationships.
Resilience means being able to operate under pressure and reach your goals in a competitive environment.

Pay: This is a Commission-Only job, thus the best workers can make a lot of money.
Probation: An 8- to 10-month probation phase to make sure you fit in perfectly with our high-performance culture.
Visa Sponsorship: Candidates who pass the probation term and continuously meet performance goals will be given Visa Sponsorship.
