- In order to help a young man who is blind and deaf maintain his independence in his own home, he will need to work as part of a team that promotes services.
- A personalised service that respects confidentiality and always attends to the needs of the individual. Additionally, you can be expected to work in any of our outreach or supported living programs.

JOB DETAILS
- BSL Hand-on-Hand Signing Training IS A MUST.
- Washing, clothing, bathing, using the restroom, and/or helping with medicines are all considered personal care.
- Outdoor assistance through events, farm visits, and other community and social support
- Social responsibilities include meal preparation and cooking, basic housekeeping.
- Understanding the individual demands and needs of your clients, and effectively communicating with them, their friends, family, and other medical experts.
- Make ensuring that all care is provided in accordance with the CQC Fundamental Standards, the iCareServicesGroup/iCubeDALPro Limited Policies and Procedures, and all applicable laws and contracts.
- Any additional responsibilities that could be required in order to meet the requirements of the CQC or other legislative authorities.
- Observe and promptly report any changes or concerns in your service user’s circumstances or condition, and keep the proper records to suit the service’s needs.
- Participate in and perform well in a team environment.
- Provide assistance in a way that takes into account the service user’s culture, religion or belief, age, race, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status, disability, or transgender status.
- For the service user’s benefit, interact and collaborate closely with unpaid carers, such as family or friends.
- Encourage anti-discriminatory behaviour.
- Preserve the privacy of iCareServicesGroup/iCubeDALPro Limited and its clients.
- Encourage service users’ privacy and dignity.
- Take fast, appropriate action to shield service users from abuse or neglect.
- As needed, take part in training, performance reviews, and staff development (including supervision).
- Present iCareServicesGroup/iCubeDALPro Limited in a professional and considerate manner at all times, and act in ways that are consistent with the company’s values.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by line managers.
