Our organisation makes sure that every team member gets help by having regular meetings and supervision.
We are now looking for Community Health Care Assistants to join our small team. In this job, you’ll work alone and in groups with a variety of clients who have different needs. The support team gives each of our clients a tailored service by helping them every day and creating a good relationship with them. Everyone on the team is encouraged to be creative in their job, and group reflection sessions help everyone grow as a person.
Role Responsibilities – Community Health Care Assistant
The Support Worker will be in charge of giving our clients a compassionate, person-centred service. We help a lot of different people, including those who are aged, disabled, or sick, with everyday tasks. The Support Worker will need to follow the service users’ individualised care plans while also working towards their own goals. The major goal of the job is to help the service user go forward with their requirements and wants.
Because our clients have different needs, all of our Chromium care Community Service staff have flexible contracts that may cover different days and times of the week. A schedule is sent out and looked over often to make sure shifts are correct. Chromium Care can provide both zero-hour contracts and set hours to people who want to work for them.
