Main Duties:
To keep the brand’s required levels of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort, you must do thorough inspections and quality assurance checks in your allocated locations.
Use the required digital or manual reporting channels to find and report needed preventative maintenance, room problems, and lost and found items.
Follow Belvilla Service Behavioural Standards when interacting with guests, being polite and accurate.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules, such as the ones set by your local government and the Belvilla Hygiene Management Guidelines (BHG).
Make sure that cleaning tools, housekeeping carts, and material inventory are properly calibrated, stored, and maintained according to audit and compliance schedules.
Help with front-of-house operations by greeting guests in a way that is professional and in line with the Belvilla Guest Experience Framework.
Manage room allocation systems, reservations, and guest communication procedures using specific Property Management Systems (PMS).
Take care of visitor correspondence over the phone, online, and in person quickly and in a way that keeps their information private.
Work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, and operations control teams to make sure that rooms are ready and that turnaround times are as short as possible.
Keep accurate records of guest profiles, billing records, and transaction reports, making sure they follow Belvilla Finance Control Policies.
Follow internal audit controls when handling cash and digital payments, sending out invoices, and reconciling accounts.
Give guests information about their destination and property so they may move around easily and have local experiences, using Belvilla’s Host Culture Principles.
Follow Belvilla Brand Standards and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to clean all guest rooms and public areas thoroughly.
Make sure that bed-making, linen management and restocking of in-room amenities and bathroom supplies are done in a way that meets hygienic standards.
