The best person for the job will have worked in assisted living, patient care, or senior care before and be very dedicated to providing customised and polite service. Help clients with their everyday tasks, like getting dressed, taking care of their personal hygiene, and moving around.

Having worked in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care before is a big plus.
Having knowledge of patient care, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and hospice care is helpful.
It is better to have a first aid and CPR certification, although it is not required. Training can be given.
To drive, you need a valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
Good in organising and able to handle many jobs at once
Good in talking to others and being caring and understanding
