Cornerstone Healthcare is hiring an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to work at Kitnocks House, which has won awards. Kitnocks House is a 63-bed service that offers high-quality care in four specialised units. It helps individuals with a wide range of complicated care needs and makes sure they have a safe and comfortable place to live.

What Do You Want? (UK Healthcare Assistant Sponsorship Jobs)
18 months of experience in a leadership capacity in healthcare (required)
It’s good to have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
Ability to build and keep good working relationships with coworkers, residents, and their families
A kind and understanding way of dealing with residents and their guests
What Time Will You Be Working?
Week A: Three days from 07:30 to 20:00
Week B: 4 days from 07:30 to 20:00
Worked an average of 40.25 hours a week.

What Are You Going to Do?
Putting the care team’s workload first and asking the nurse in charge for help when needed
As the Nurse in Charge says, you should go to meetings like staff meetings, case reviews, and clinical reviews.
Watch how residents are doing compared to their intended goals and tell a trained nurse about any changes in their condition or care needs.
Helping with all parts of daily life, such as personal care, meals, and social activities
Helping residents stay as independent as they can
Always respecting residents’ right to choose, their privacy, and their dignity
