Responsibilities

Work with other departments, like finance, HR, and sales, to make sure that work and communication go well.

To make the most use of resources, manage the supply chain, inventories, and purchasing.

Find ways to make operational processes better and lead efforts to keep making them better.

Make sure that health and safety rules, industry standards, and company policies are followed.

To reach the goals of the organization, manage budgets, keep expenses down, and make the best use of operational spending.

Talk to clients, suppliers, and other important people to keep good relationships and help the business flourish.


What you need

Experience managing operations or a similar leadership job in a related field that has been proven.

Good at organising and able to handle many tasks at once.

Great communication and people abilities to manage teams and work with people from other areas.

Able to use applicable software programs well, including the MS Office Suite or specialised management tools.

You can show that you can solve problems and think strategically about how to improve processes.

Knowledge of rules and regulations for health and safety, compliance, and quality assurance.

It would be nice if you had a recognised management degree or something similar, but it’s not required.
