K&S Care Solutions Ltd. offers people person-centred, high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes. In order to serve our female customers with dignity and respect, we are now seeking a female care assistant to join our caring team.
Please be aware that because this position requires personal care for female clients, it is only available to female applicants. This complies with the Equality Act of 2010’s Schedule 9, Part 1.
To give vital support to people in need of help in their homes, we are looking for a kind and committed Community Care Worker. The ideal applicant would be deeply dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This position is essential to improving our clients’ quality of life by guaranteeing their wellbeing, comfort, and safety.
Duties
- Offer personal care services, such as help with grooming, dressing, and bathing.
- Assist clients with everyday tasks like cooking, taking their medications, and light housework.
- Help with transfers and mobility.
- To support mental health, provide company and involve clients in worthwhile activities.
- Provide people with dementia or other cognitive disabilities with expert care.
- Keep an eye on your clients’ health and notify the proper medical personnel of any changes or concerns.
- Communicate clearly with family members and other carers, and keep thorough records of the care given.
Experience
- Since complete training is provided, prior expertise is not required.
- It helps to know how to administer first aid.
- An up-to-date driver’s license to make travelling between client sites easier.
- Excellent communication abilities that enable you to establish a rapport with clients and their families
- A compassionate, understanding, and patient approach to those in need of help.
- The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
