to attend staff meetings (at least four times a year) as needed in order to learn more about the program, receive support, and share ideas.
must be able to work under pressure and with flexibility.
must be able to interact with clients, coworkers, and management in an efficient manner.
Experience
It is necessary to have prior experience working in a healthcare environment.
Effective contact with patients and coworkers requires strong English communication skills.
Utilising healthcare software and keeping records both benefit from having a basic understanding of IT.
It is beneficial to be familiar with care plans and capable of accurately adhering to them.
A desire to learn is crucial; prior experience in a home care setting or a care facility is preferred but not required.
