About the Job (UK Care Jobs with Sponsorship)

Two-week schedule (W1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; W2: Wed, Thu, Fri)

07:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 22:30

£14.50 an hour

£0.35 per mile (claim for mileage)

Pay every two weeks (Fridays, every other week)
Key Duties and Responsibilities (UK Care Jobs with Sponsorship)
Lead and help a group of care workers to make sure that clients get the best care possible.
Make sure that care plans are made, put into action, and reviewed so that they meet the specific needs of each client.
Make notes on clients’ health, well-being, and behaviour, and let healthcare providers and management know if anything changes.
Make sure that all staff follow care plans and risk assessments to give safe and useful help.
Give drugs as instructed by doctors and nurses, and keep an eye on how the team manages medications.
Help with daily tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming when necessary by providing hands-on support.
To keep up high levels of care, hold team meetings, training sessions, and continual staff development.
Keep accurate records, reports, and documentation about client care, staff performance, and shift handovers.
Be the first person to talk to about any problems, events, or crises, and make sure they are handled correctly.
What You Need (UK Care Jobs with Sponsorship)

Must have a car and a valid driver’s license (no exceptions)

Living in the UK right now on one of the following visas: Student, Graduate, or Dependent

A high school diploma or anything like it

Previous experience in care is a plus

Kind and patient attitude

Great communication and people skills

Can follow directions and work on their own

Reliable transport to get to clients’ houses

Must pass a check of their past
