Responsibilities – Residential Care Assistant Role UK (UK Care Jobs with Sponsorship 2026)
Helping clients with daily tasks like taking care of themselves, moving about, and managing their medications
Helping clients based on individualised care plans that are made just for them
Giving clients friendship and emotional support to make their lives better
Helping with things like light cleaning, cooking meals, and doing laundry
Using the Person Centred Software system to keep accurate records of the care given
Communicating clearly with clients, families, and healthcare experts to make sure that care is delivered in a way that works for everyone.

Being able to change support based on knowledge of care plans
