Duties (UK Care Home Manager Jobs)
Oversee the care home’s day-to-day operations, making sure that each resident gets personalised care that meets their needs.
Very good at English IELTS B2 or above
Make, use, and assess individualised care plans for residents.
Oversee and lead a group of care workers, giving them advice, training, and performance management to make sure they provide high-quality care.
Make sure that medications are given out according to the rules of the law and the organisation.
Make sure you follow all the rules and keep accurate records for audits and inspections.
Build good relationships with residents, their families, healthcare workers, and outside groups.
Keep an eye on the quality of care given and make changes as needed to promote the health and happiness of residents.
Be in charge of hiring new workers, training them, and helping them grow professionally over time.
Make sure that health and safety regulations are always maintained to create a safe and homely space.
Abilities (UK Care Home Manager Jobs)
Experience managing in care settings or something comparable.
Good in leading and supervising others.
knowledge of nursing procedures that have to do with caring.
Experience designing and running care plans.
Ability to give out medicine in a way that follows the law.
Great organisational abilities and the ability to handle many tasks at once.
A caring attitude and great communication skills for working with residents, families, and coworkers.
It would be helpful to know about home care services, but it is not necessary.
