Help and lead a group of Care and Support Workers
To be ready to help in case of an emergency
To keep in constant touch with both the Care Coordinator and the Care Manager
Be a bridge between the customer and the office.
Make sure the quality of care is good
Watch over and oversee care service
Supporting the business’s on-call service on set days and times, which are once a week from 5:30 PM to 9:00 AM the next morning and twice a month on the weekend.
