Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, diagnose, and fix a variety of laptops, tablets, and cell phones.
- As necessary, swap out damaged parts and components.
- Before putting repaired equipment back into use, make sure it functions properly by testing it.
- Maintain thorough records of all maintenance, repairs, and part inventories.
- Observe safety precautions and instructions when handling equipment.
- At least six months of experience working as a repair technician or in a related position
- A thorough understanding of mobile phone models
- Skilled in identifying problems with diagnostic tools and equipment
- The capacity to read and comprehend schematics and technical documentation
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and meticulousness
- Proficiency in communication to engage with clients and colleagues
