Pay range: £31,000–£32,000.

Overview of the Job:
You will be in charge of running the takeaway shop on a daily basis as the shop manager. You will oversee a group of people, make sure that everything runs well, uphold standards for food safety and cleanliness, and strive to increase client happiness and company profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the takeaway shop’s day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and develop employees while maintaining excellent service and collaboration standards.
- Observe requirements regarding food safety, health, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventories, order supplies, and keep an eye on stock levels.
- To reach sales and profit goals, keep an eye on expenses and manage them.
- Respond professionally to consumer questions, grievances, and comments.
- Maintain the shop’s order and cleanliness at all times.
- Manage shift patterns and build personnel rotas.
- To increase sales, help with marketing and advertising.
- Take care of daily financial reporting and cashing up.
Requirements:
- Prior management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- The capacity to perform well under pressure in a hectic setting.
- Strong problem-solving and organising skills.
- Reliability, timeliness, and customer focus are essential.
- The ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
