Responsibilities of Support Worker
- Assist clients in leading autonomous, comfortable, and safe lives
- Help with daily chores, medicine, and personal care
- Promote autonomy, respect, dignity, and person-centred assistance
- Assistance with social interaction, appointments, and community events
- Encourage self-reliance and mental health
- Cooperate with families, experts, and the entire team.
- Keep thorough notes and care records.
Skills and Qualifications of Support Worker
- A minimum of one year of experience providing care or assistance
- Access to a car and a full UK driver’s license
- A compassionate, understanding, and patient approach
- Strong communication abilities and dependability
- Sponsorship is only available in the UK.
