The individual who gets the job will provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible. You will help with all parts of daily life, like personal care, cooking meals, taking medications, and getting around. You will create trust with the people you help by being a friend and emotional support for them while always making sure they are secure, healthy, and treated with respect. This job is very important for helping people keep their independence, quality of life, and confidence while they are at home.
There are jobs available for both full-time and part-time workers.
Please note that applicants who live outside of Newport and Torfaen must be willing to move before starting this job.

Responsibilities – Healthcare Assistant UK Visa Sponsorship
Help with daily tasks like bathing, getting dressed, making meals, eating, taking medicine, and more.
Talk to service users, their families, and healthcare professionals in a clear way
Put care plans into action with the help of medical staff
When necessary, drive service users to their appointments or trips.
Keep the area safe and clean for service users. This could mean doing some minor housework.
Help service users and their families with their feelings
Skills and Requirements – Health Care Support Worker – Sponsorship Available
Great communication and people skills
Ability to carefully and correctly follow care plans
A valid driver’s license (having your own car is a plus)
Experience working in a care home or as a home health aide is a plus.
Ability to speak English well
Basic computer skills for keeping records and writing documents
