We are looking for caring and dedicated Care Workers to join our Home Care team at Care2Victory Services Ltd. In this job, you’ll help people live on their own in their own homes or in the community. Our goal is to provide high-quality, person-centred care that is adapted to each person’s requirements and fosters dignity, respect, and health. We service Sittingbourne, Sheerness, Upchurch, Doddington, Faversham, Maidstone, and other parts of Kent.
We offer personal and functional care to people of all ages, from birth to 99 years old. Our goal is to help them become as independent and in control as possible while also improving their quality of life in their own homes and communities.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Helping with personal care tasks like washing, clothing, hair, teeth, and skin care
Giving and managing medication
Taking those who require services to their appointments
Being with someone
Care for continence
Help with moving around and transferring
Helping with simple duties like cleaning the laundry
Qualifications and Requirements for Care Workers
You need to have at least six months of experience doing home care before you can apply.
You must be able to work at least 37.5 hours a week and on weekends and bank holidays.
You must have a valid, clean UK driving licence and be able to drive your own car.
You need to have an improved DBS, which is also part of the renewal service.
A Care Worker must have at least A-Levels or GCSEs. It would be better if you had First Aid skills and an NVQ in Health and Social Care (Levels 2 and 3). You must have worked in home care, the community, or a charity before.
People who live in Sittingbourne or Sheerness are preferred.

Job Details

Pay: £12.21 to £14.50 an hour
Expected hours: 37.5 to 40 a week
