Through the provision of day care, care at home, and residential services, Community Care Resources offers a variety of person-centred services to persons with specified care needs.
Working at Community Care Resources as a Social Worker:
- You will be in charge of giving people immediate assistance in a range of situations.
- You will be crucial in making sure people receive the best possible care and support to enable them maintain their independence and dignity for the rest of their life.
- You will assist individuals with diverse skills and intricate requirements, allowing them to accomplish their objectives, prioritised tasks, and individual results.
- To deliver the best possible care, you will collaborate with a team. While assisting people in avoiding risk and injury as much as possible, this may involve providing intimate personal care, training, social activities, and other meaningful activities in accordance with each person’s requirements and desires.
- The Scottish Social Services Council’s (SSSC) basic values must be demonstrated by you.
