Summary
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our Burleigh Hill team on a full-time basis. The agreement calls for four nights a week, four 12-hour shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., Monday through Sunday.

Duties
To serve as a professional, multiskilled team member who offers senior citizens and individuals with physical disabilities a variety of care services. to offer and support healthcare assistant training. to keep an eye on the home’s care standards and guarantee that a superior, compassionate service is always offered.
Crucial Requirements
- One year of experience working as a healthcare assistant in a nursing home or other comparable setting
- Register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).
- The Skilled Worker Visa requires applicants to have at least CEFR level B1 proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Evidence could be a degree taught in English, a UK certification, or an authorised English language test (such as IELTS for UKVI).
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desired Standards
- NVQ Level 2 in Care or a comparable level.
- Two years of experience working in a nursing home or a similar setting.
- Prior experience working as a supervisor or as a senior healthcare assistant.
- Prior training or introduction experience.

In 2016, Burleigh Hill House became a part of MD Healthcare. The purpose-built home, which has been in operation for more than 20 years and provides both residential and nursing care, is located in old Carrickfergus. In addition to a lovely summer house in the garden, the property has lovely dayrooms, dining rooms, and peaceful spaces for occupants.
