Complete job description: Senior Care Worker UK Visa Sponsorship
Daily Living & Personal Care:
- Offer complete assistance with dressing, washing, dental hygiene, and continence care. Encourage and inspire routine engagement while upholding comfort and respect.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving; make sure food is at a safe temperature and chopped into bite-sized pieces. Help with nutritional requirements, safe eating, and hydration (including diabetes and choking precautions).
- Safety and Mobility Use the proper equipment (wheelchair, bath lift, etc.) to help with safe transfers.
- Due to mobility hazards and a lack of safety awareness, 1:1 monitoring should always be provided.
- To avoid pressure sores, assist in repositioning and changing the pads at night.
Health & Medication :
- Assist people with complicated medical disorders include Addison’s illness, epilepsy, scoliosis, blindness, and incontinence.
- Once trained and competent, provide recommended medication while keeping an eye out for indicators of distress and seizures.
- Any changes in health or well-being should be noted and reported very once.
- Interaction and Emotional Assistance When encouraging behaviours associated with anguish or anxiety, provide comfort, stability, and a composed presence.
- Promote participation in favourite pastimes like dancing, music, walks, gardening, and eating out.
Household Support
Keep your home tidy and secure.assistance with cleaning, lunch area hygiene, and laundry.Observe food safety and infection control protocols.
Job: Senior Care Worker UK Visa Sponsorship

Pay range: £13.00–£16.00 per hour
40 to 60 hours a week are anticipated.
