Overview of the Job
To oversee our shop operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced retail manager. Duties of Retail Manager

Oversee and inspire the store staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including the opening and closing processes.

Oversee employee training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Supervise merchandising operations to guarantee eye-catching product displays that adhere to brand standards.

Requirements

Shown management expertise in the retail industry, including team supervision and shop operations management

Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and oversee different teams

Strong writing and verbal communication skills; being bilingual or multilingual is beneficial

Proven organisational abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritise jobs

Familiarity with merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks in a retail setting

Time management skills need to fulfil commitments in a hectic environment
