You will organise, carry out, and monitor initiatives as a Project Manager in our Transformation Team in order to make sure they are in line with strategic objectives. You’ll spearhead significant transformation projects involving several product categories and use your imagination to enhance instructional frameworks. You will work with stakeholders from all areas of the company to deliver high-impact initiatives from your Cambridge base. You’ll promote innovation in international education and offer evidence-based answers to challenging issues.

About the Role
As a project manager, you will actively lead and carry out business change efforts while upholding strict guidelines for project scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Your success will mostly depend on your abilities and knowledge in stakeholder management, project design, planning, execution, governance, risk assessment, and benefits realisation.
In order to determine business needs, create project plans, manage scope, deadlines, resources, dependencies, and budgets, as well as to maintain open lines of communication with project sponsors and steering groups, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also interact with the Transformation Team and the project management community, emphasising knowledge exchange and professional growth.
