You will be working with a very smart and organised team that has won and been nominated for many national pharmacy awards in the past.
We need a technician or dispenser to join the Pharmacy team.
Must be able to communicate well and have a history of giving great customer service. Someone who can handle stress well would be best.
Customer service is very important to us, and we always put our patients first. Also, help the pharmacist grow the pharmacy business by making sure the dispensary provides great customer service and runs efficiently.
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
Help with pharmacy tasks, such as getting drugs ready and giving them out under supervision
Help with giving out medications, making sure that everything is done correctly and according to the rules
Help healthcare workers with regular tasks to provide direct care to patients.
Keep accurate notes of how you give out medicine and talk to patients.
Make sure the pharmacy and treatment spaces are clean and well-organised.
Follow strict health and safety rules to keep the workers and patients safe.
Talk to patients, carers, and healthcare team members about questions about medications in a clear and concise way.
Important Requirement
You need to be open-minded and have a good attitude.
Knowing how to give medications and follow the rules and procedures
Good organising skills and attention to detail
Very structured and dynamic, with a lot of focus and attention to detail
A leader who is excited, focused, and able to push themselves to help the organization reach its goals and objectives
It’s really important to be very good at maths and computers.
Desired Specification
Working at an independent drugstore before
It is also helpful to have worked as a pharmacy technician before.
Experience in patient care environments, showing kindness and professionalism
