As a Care Assistant, you will:
While helping and caring for the people, make sure they have the right to privacy, independence, dignity, and choice.
Help them get ready for bed and/or help them in the morning.
aid residents who need aid getting dressed and undressed, washing up, bathing, and using the toilet.
Help residents who have trouble moving around or have other physical limitations, such as using and caring for their aids and personal equipment.
support residents who require support with their personal hygiene, like those who have incontinence.
Follow and promote the Greensleeves Care – Workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility.
To apply, you will need:
A comprehension of the necessities of inhabitants
Knowing how important it is to keep things private
A diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent from the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) is preferred.
Experience in giving care
Working with older people is something I’ve done before.
