Description of the Job:
No prior experience is required to work as a manufacturing operator or wire harness technician. What We Provide:
- Complete instruction is given; prior expertise is not required.
- Monday through Thursday is a 4-day workweek, with Fridays off.
- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but we can work with you if you’re the appropriate candidate.

What You’re Going to Do:
- Putting control panels, cable assemblies, and wire harnesses together
- Wire termination, soldering, and crimping (training offered)
- Examining technical instructions and diagrams
- Conducting quality tests and inspections
- Maintaining a tidy and effective work environment
Who We Are Seeking:
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Willingness to collaborate and learn
- Dependability and a cheerful disposition
- Although not necessary, prior wiring or manufacturing experience is highly recommended!
